Dispatch & Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch your item/s within 48 hours of receiving your order during the working week. If you need to receive your package any sooner, please let us know. If it’s possible and we can, we will!

UK orders
All items will be sent Royal Mail First Class Signed For, and will require a signature upon delivery. A tracking number can be provided upon request.

Royal Mail Next Day Delivery
We do offer the option to upgrade to Royal Mail Next Day Delivery on all UK orders if you're in a rush to receive your order! Please note that orders will need to be placed before midday to guarantee same day shipping, and this service is only available for week day deliveries. 

EU & ROW orders
All items will be sent Royal Mail tracked and/or signed (dependant on what each country offers), to ensure a secure, quick and reliable service. Delivery times will vary, based on the destination, and we can provide a tracking number upon request.

Lost/Delayed Post
We choose the most reliable and economical postal service, to ensure your packages arrive quickly and securely. very occasionally for reasons out of our control, post can be either delayed or missing in action! Fear not, we will do all we can to help. For UK orders, please let us know if you have not received your parcel within a week of dispatch. For non-UK order, please wait for at least 2 weeks before contacting us. 

 
 

RETURNS

For any returns and exchanges, please contact us within 14 working days of receiving your order, otherwise we may not be able to help you. 

Faulty Items
If you receive the item and it is faulty, please get in contact and we will offer you a refund, exchange or replacement, reimbursing any return postage costs incurred. 

Exchanges
If you are not happy with your item, we are more than happy to offer an exchange or credit note. **Please note we can not offer refunds for earrings or custom pieces, unless there is a fault. You must contact us no later than 7 days after receiving your order, and return the item within 14 days. Please note, items must be in the same condition as received and in it's original packaging. You are responsible for return postage, and we recommend that items are returned via registered mail.
